Fit my Trip allows you to create a program day by day very easily. Leveraging the services and geography administration, each step of the program is a few clicks away.
Using a prefilled database of accommodations, visits and transfers doesn't mean that you are stuck with standard elements that cannot be changed. Fit my Trip uses this database like as many templates that can be imported and customized into a program to fit exactly your client request.
Sometimes you get a unique request, it is also possible to create elements from scratch if needed.
Fit my Trip gets the best of two worlds. From fully tailored to standard repeatable programs, you choose where you stand.
Each program can be created with multiple quotations from which the client can choose from.
Groups can be dealt with easily as it is possible to indicate what should be paid by whom.
The quotation module also handles the use of multiple currencies and calculate the final outcome using the exchange rates provided (see the currency module).
Fit my Trip provides multiple printing templates you can choose from. Using this module, your program is automatically formatted with your company colors.

In order to give you as much flexibility as possible, Fit my Trip gives you full control over the classification items you want to use.
As for the accommodations, it is possible to define a list of visits and transfers you are used proposing to your clients.
